RV Site Reservations for the

2008 Wine & Music Festival

August 29 - 31 , 2008

 

We are currently taking reservations for RV sites for this year's Wine & Music Festival. 

 

We have eighty two sites with RV hook-ups at the Quiet Valley Ranch. Fifty seven of these are are in the MAIN Section and are for larger Class A or Class C rigs.  The MAIN sites have water + electricity + sewer connections. The rest are in the MEADOW Section and are for smaller rigs and pop-ups and have water + electricity only. Advance reservations are required for RV hook-up sites.

MEADOW RV Section (pre-reservations required)	Sites with water & electricity hook-ups only (no sewer).  This section is for pop-ups, conversion vans, teardrops, or travel trailers that are 24 ft long or less	$20/night in addition to festival tickets	We are SOLD OUT in the Meadow Section for the 2008 W&M Festival
Park your RV in CAMPGROUND with no hook-ups	You are welcome to park elsewhere in the designated QV Ranch campgrounds without hookups. Use of generators are not allowed in the Quiet Valley Ranch campgrounds during the festival.	You must purchase a "Sleeper Vehicle Permit" for $20.  Available at mixmaster during festival.  This permit is good for length of stay provided the trailer doesn't leave the campgrounds.	Specific spots in the campgrounds are NOT RESERVABLE.  They are available on a first come first served basis while there is room.  Once the campgrounds are full, we will allow RVs to set up in our overflow parking area across the street.
Park your RV in CAMPGROUND with electrical hook-up only	There are several areas throughout the campgrounds that have access to 110V electrical outlets for tents or trailers.  A 50' (max) exterior extension cord may be used to run low amperage devices and appliances.  NO cord splitting or outlet sharing.	Requires a "Sleeper Vehicle Permit" plus: $5 / day for electrical cord permit. Payable during festival at the Ranch Office. $7.50 / day  if running a small air conditioner	These areas are NOT RESERVABLE and are available on a first come first served basis.  Tent/trailer must be within 50' of outlet.  No cord splitting or outlet sharing

RV charges DO NOT include festival tickets.  You must have festival tickets for each day you occupy an RV spot during the festival.  To order your festival tickets please visit the festival ticket page.  Keep in mind that the campgrounds fill up during the weekend so larger rigs that don't have a reservation for a hook-up site may be forced to set up across the street (Hwy 16) in our overflow parking lot.  RVs parked in the overflow lot will require a $20 sleeper vehicle permit, but you may run a generator.  Spaces in the overflow lot are not reservable.  Also, out of consideration for our neighbors, the overflow lot is considered a Quiet Area.

Quiet Valley Ranch W&M Festival RV Site Fees

*Main RV Section (full hook-ups: water/electricity/sewer connections). These sites are for Class A and larger Class C rigs. $25 per night during the festival (in addition to your festival tickets) - $75 for the 3-day weekend

*Meadow RV Section (water / elec. only). These sites are only for smaller rigs (25 ft or less in length), conversion vans and pop-ups. $20 per night during the festival (in addition to festival tickets)- $60 for the 3-day weekend

The Quiet Valley Ranch RV Park is open year-round. Non-festival rates are $15 per night, $300 per month ($15 per night for a 50-amp hookup).
