At the Kerrville Music Festivals we strive to provide our guests with a variety of food items to accommodate everyone's palate.  We serve everything from Bar-b-que to natural/organic vegetarian entrees, wraps, pizza, and snacks.  BEVERAGE SERVICE IS OPERATED BY THE FESTIVAL.  We also attempt to cultivate and maintain a family type relationship with our vendors.  For this reason, we have very little year-to-year turnover with our food service providers.  If you are interested in providing the festival office with your company's information for possible future consideration, please do so, taking into account the following: 

 

Food service during the Kerrville Music Festivals takes place within the Heyman Pavilion located in the Kennedy Outdoor Theater.  Hours of operation are from 6 p.m. to the end of the show (usually around midnight) on all Main Stage performance evenings (weekends).  

Here is a listing of the some of our vendor requirements:

 

1.  All food vendors in the theater area must set up operations within the Heyman

      Pavilion.  NO FOOD OR CONCESSION TRAILERS.

2.  Vendors provide their own staff.  The number allowed depends on need.

3.  Vendors must comply with safety and sanitation standards as set forth by the 

      Kerr County Health Dept. (Uvalde TX)

4.  Vendors must have insurance coverage.  This can be provided by the vendor or

      may possibly be purchased from the Festival.

5.  Vendors must provide their own cooking equipment.  Only limited electricity is

      available in the pavilion so GAS appliances are suggested.  

6.  We reserve the right to limit a vendor's menu depending on a number of

      factors including item crossover with other vendors.

7.  Vendor Fees are dependent upon counter space used and the menu.
