this year. Great music and fine weather.

be receiving updates for Folk Festival beginning very soon.
We are already looking forward to it.
Had a very
successful Southwest Regional Folk Alliance Conference. Next
International Folk Alliance will be in Memphis in February.

2. SPECIAL OFFER FOR 2007 SEASON TICKET PACKAGES – 2
WEEKS ONLY!
Because
our festival expenses have been skyrocketing over the last
few years, we are going to have to increase our ticket
prices substantially for 2007. This will include our Season
Ticket Packages, which will be going up $25 to $100 each,
depending on the package.
For the
next two weeks only (until close of business on Friday,
November 3), we will let you purchase your 2007 Package at
2006 Prices!
2007 Weekends Only (for One) - $225 (this package will be
$250 after 11/3)
2007 Complete Package (for One) - $275 (will increase to
$300 after 11/3)
2007 Complete Package (for Two) - $425 (will increase to
$475 after 11/3)
2007 Small Business Package - $1000 (will increase to $1,100
after 11/3)

through Friday for information and to take
advantage of this limited time offer. This will be your
only chance to get these packages at the 2006 rates so call

3. 2007 FESTIVAL RV
SITE RESERVATIONS
We are
currently taking REPEAT 18-DAY RV SITE reservations only for
next year’s Kerrville Folk Festival. If you had an 18-day
reservation for the 2006 festival, you have until December
31 to reclaim your site for 2007. After that, we’ll begin
taking 18-day reservations for any remaining spots on a
first come first served basis.
Don’t be
left out in the Cold (or the Meadow for that matter)…Take

4. STAFF RETREAT THIS
WEEKEND ON THE QUIET VALLEY RANCH
We love
our volunteer staff so this is one of the ways we like to
show our appreciation by having this NO WORK gathering each
fall. We couldn’t put on these wonderful festivals without
them. Thanks to all of our volunteers!

BACKSTAGE SHOWER FUND
I think we all understand how important it is to keep are
volunteer staff clean and happy. While the existing
backstage shower and bathroom facilities are still
"functional" they are rapidly decaying to the point where
they will soon be unusable. With your help we can raise the
money needed to build a new structure that will last for
