Jimmie
started playing music when he was 2. Here he is 21
years later and he's travelled from Baltimore to
Osaka with his trusty guitar at my side. He most
often plays in Austin, then New Orleans, his second
home. His musical interests vary from Appalachian
bluegrass to zydeco and to all things in
between--most often you'll find me playing funk,
jazz, hip-hop, blues, soul, or on occasion rockin'
some thrash/folk speedgrass with sick's pack and the
girlies from carousel cabaret. with music, He cares
most about performance and feeling, not the genre or
style. He's self taught and don't read a lick--but
he'd gladly cut heads wit'cha. you pick the style.
He picks his guitar. on his music site are songs
from a couple of the bands he's played with. also,
be on the look out for chumbo coming to a
city/radio/television station near you.
