Amilia's
intimate shows are poetic and playful events-she has
uncanny ability to make you feel like it's just the
two of you in the room. Likened by one critic to a
French chanteuse in a candle-lit cafe, this award-
winning artist is a force to be reckoned with: After
only two years of performing, The National Academy
of Songwriters called her Female Artist of the
Year.
Part
Beethoven. Part Bohemian. Her songs are intimate and
visual, like walking into a movie. It's some kind of
strange potion, but one that's perfect for that
midnight ride with the windows down. There is an
edge, a turbulence, in many of the places Amilia
writes about, but not all of them. You can hear a
deep love in the songs influenced by her rural
Pennsylvania roots.
